BASE
RATES
1-2 night stay - $245/night based on double occupancy.
3-4 night stay - $225/night based on double occupancy.
5+ night stay - $200/night based on double occupancy.
$25 per night per additional guest up to the maximum of
four. The additional per person per night charge may be
waived for stays longer than 5 nights.
POLICIES
Maximum occupancy of 4 adult guests. Children are welcome
with prior arrangement and subject to approval. Please
advise desired bed configuration at time of reservation.
No pets. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
A signed liability release and agreement and other documentation
will be required per your confirmation. A refundable $500
security deposit is required at check-in. |
