Step out onto the decks from the living areas and the view will make you catch your breath. Outside the living area, you will find the large hot tub set under a gazebo with charming evening lighting and ample space for lounging. Outside the dining area is another table and chairs and propane grill for al fresco meals. From the decks, you look down on the lush native landscaping, rock walls and meandering paths that surround the property. The gated deck can also serve as a secure outside space for your well-behaved dog when he/she is not with you or enjoying the fenced dog run off the back deck.

With two bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower on the middle level and the master bedroom on the top, plus a third full bathroom located on the first floor, SolStone more than comfortably accommodates 6 guests in luxury and privacy. The master suite has plush carpeting, a queen sized bed, gas fireplace, bath with double sink, whirlpool tub & separate shower, laundry chute and opens onto a private deck with retractable awning for shade and, of course, that view! The lower bedrooms have a queen sized bed in one and two twins that can convert to a king in the other.

POLICIES
Children over 10 & well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior arrangement and an additional security deposit. A $500 refundable security deposit with signed liability release and agreement will be required. Absolutely no smoking is alllowed anywhere on the grounds.
