yard leads into the back yard, which features a beautiful
in-ground pool with attached hot tub, decking, native
landscaping, al fresco dining furniture and BBQ.
Inside,
you will delight in the soothing, earthy colors, wood
and tile floors, and designer touches throughout. A large
living area with fireplace offers a comfortable place
to put your feet up and reflect on your day. An expansive
open kitchen / dining / family great room offers ample
space for the whole group to gather to cook and dine together
and enjoy the fireplace and views of both the front and
back yards, vineyard across the lane and mountains in
the distance.
The
master bedroom and second bedroom both have queen-sized
beds and the large third bedroom has two trundle beds
with pop-up feature so they can be converted to kings
upon advance request. For even more flexibility in sleep
arrangements, there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living
room as well, all combining to allow up to 10 guests.
Two full bathrooms, one with tub/shower combo and one
with stall shower, add to the accommodations.
